What to put in a good quotation
- A clear description of each item or service, so the customer knows what they are paying for.
- Price before tax and GST shown separately, so the customer sees the full cost.
- A validity date. Prices of material change; 7 to 15 days is common.
- Payment terms, such as advance amount and when the balance is due.
- Delivery or completion time, and your contact number.
